Terms and conditions

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it by SMS, email or phone. We may decline or cancel an order, and will tell you why, if:

• the item is out of stock or no longer available;
• the price or description was shown in error;
• we cannot confirm the delivery address or reach you on the phone number given;
• we reasonably suspect the order is fraudulent.

If an order you have already paid for is cancelled by us, you receive a full refund as set out in our Return and refund policy.

2. Prices and VAT

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where VAT applies, the checkout shows whether it is included in the price or added to it. The delivery charge depends on your area and is shown before you place the order. The total on the checkout page is the amount you pay.

3. Stock

Stock is shown on each product page and updated as orders are placed. Items marked "Out of stock" cannot be ordered. In the rare case that an item sells out after you order it, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card, mobile banking and internet banking payments are processed securely by our payment gateway; SSLCOMMERZ never sees or stores your card number, PIN or wallet password. For cash on delivery, please pay the courier the full amount on delivery.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the address you give at checkout. We aim to deliver within 5 days inside the same city and within 10 days elsewhere in Bangladesh. Delivery can take longer during public holidays, severe weather or courier disruption, and we will tell you if your order is delayed.

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is visibly damaged, you may refuse it or note the damage with the courier.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your account

You can order as a guest or with an account. If you create one, keep access to your email secure, as it is used to sign you in. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.

8. Product information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and sizes may vary slightly between manufacturers.

9. Reviews

Reviews you post must be honest and about the product. We may decline or remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 or other Bangladeshi law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version shown on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
